Cybot Certification Requirement

Prospective partners must ensure that a minimum of two key personnel complete the Cybot Certification Program offered by Activebytes Innovations.
Certification levels include Introduction to Cybot, Cybot Analyst, Cybot Administrator, and Cybot Implementor. These certifications are mandatory prerequisites for partnership eligibility.
Partners must provide copies of certifications as part of the partnership agreement.

Cybot Implementation Expertise

Partners must provide evidence of successful Cybot implementations for clients, including case studies, client testimonials, and project details.
Activebytes Innovations reserves the right to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of previous implementations conducted by the partner.

Technical Resource Allocation and Training

Partners are required to allocate a dedicated team of certified professionals to collaborate with Activebytes Innovations. This team should consist of at least one Cybot Analyst and one Cybot Implementor certified expert.
Partners must facilitate ongoing training sessions for their technical team members to stay updated with the latest Cybot features and advancements.

Legal and Compliance Requirements

Partners must sign a legally binding partnership agreement with Activebytes Innovations, outlining the terms and conditions of collaboration, including confidentiality clauses, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
Partners must adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing data privacy, cybersecurity, and intellectual property rights in their jurisdiction.

Sales and Business Development Commitment

Partners must commit to achieving mutually agreed upon sales targets and business development goals related to Cybot solutions.

Marketing and Branding Collaboration

Partners must adhere to the branding guidelines provided by Activebytes Innovations when marketing Cybot solutions.
Activebytes Innovations reserves the right to review and approve all marketing materials, press releases, and public statements related to Cybot implementations.

Revenue Sharing and Royalties

A revenue-sharing model will be established based on the sales performance of Cybot solutions by the partner.
Royalties and commission structures will be detailed in the partnership agreement, specifying the percentages and payment schedules.

Term and Termination

The partnership agreement will have a defined term, specifying the duration of the collaboration.
Terms of termination, including notice periods and reasons for termination, will be outlined in the partnership agreement.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes, both parties agree to resolve conflicts through arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the UAE Arbitration Association.
